Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy

To change your reservation date, you must contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook page, Instagram, Email at least 24 hours in advance. Phone support is also available for assistance.
Cancellations or date changes requested less than 24 hours prior to the activity may not be accommodated due to high demand. A written confirmation from the Malena team is required to validate any cancellation or change.
